Fees for Legal Advisory and Document Analysis
The legal advisory service for FAST IT and A.I.R.E. includes professional guidance regarding registration procedures, data updates, and the resolution of issues related to these systems, in accordance with current Italian consular regulations.
The professional fee for this service is:
EUR 300 (three hundred euros), payable in Argentine pesos via bank transfer, with the corresponding invoice issued.
The technical and legal document analysis service is intended to evaluate and verify, through the relevant authorities, that the submitted documentation is authentic and legally valid, as well as to assess the genealogical lineage of the applicant in order to determine eligibility for recognition of Italian citizenship.
This evaluation considers the various legal pathways available (administrative, consular, or judicial proceedings), depending on the regulations applicable to each particular case.
The analysis includes:
* Examination of the complete case file.
* Identification of potential legal obstacles.
* Determination of the most appropriate legal pathway for recognition.
The professional fee for this service is:
EUR 400 (four hundred euros), payable in Argentine pesos with the corresponding invoice issued.
This amount must be paid at the beginning of the case file examination process. It is independent of the final outcome and is non-refundable, as it compensates for the professional legal analysis and advisory work already performed.
Once the technical evaluation has been completed, and provided that the applicant meets the legal requirements, the Firm will issue a personalized quotation based on the complexity, scope, and procedural type applicable to the specific case.
Professional fees related to the services described above may be subject to adjustments due to regulatory changes, operational variations, or professional updates. Any such modifications will be communicated to the client in advance, prior to the engagement of any service.
